Consignment

               Home2Home Consignments is the easy way to sell your gently used furniture and home décor. 

  Here's how it works! Simply bring your clean, gently used items in during consignment hours. Please review the information below for specifics by department (Home2Home and Chic2Chic).

 Once your consignment has been accepted, we price it based on current market conditions and our experience. We want you to trust our decision and take pricing seriously. Keep in mind that we are your partner in this and do not want to under price our inventory! We also know our market and have learned it is better to price it right than to over price it! Bring proof of value if your pieces are unique &/or exceptional! All of our inventory reduces in price on a preset markdown schedule. More than half of our inventory sells at the starting price!

Home2Home Consignments  

We encourage you to bring in or email photos of furniture pieces before you consign them. We will let you know if it is something we think we can sell or not. We do not price from pictures. If you want us to give you an estimated starting price, you must schedule an in home preview. This is a $50 fee which we will reimburse to you if you consign the pieces with us. E-mail pictures to Kim@home2homeconsignments.com  We consign gently used furniture and home décor. This includes sofas, loveseats, sleepers (with stain free mattresses), daybeds, bedroom furniture, entertainment centers, dining room and kitchen furniture, home office furniture, outdoor furniture, room dividers, area rugs, lamps (bulbs must be included), clocks (batteries must be included), silk plants, mirrors, china/dinnerware sets, flatware, collectibles, crystal, wall décor and prints in current styles and colors. All items must be clean and gently used for acceptance. We will charge a cleaning fee if we have to clean your items!

Home2Home Consignment Hours:Mon-Sat 10-5 and Sun 12-4. 

Just come to our back garage door located behind the building and ring our door bell. Remember to clean your items before you bring them! Please understand that we do not have staff to help you carry your things in. Bring help, use our pick up service or another mover.

Pick up service! We've made it easier than ever to consign your furniture with Home2Home Consignments. If you have clean, gently used furniture to consign, we will pick it up! We pick up only furniture pieces or items that are too large to fit in a car! All pick up items must be preapproved! Please bring pictures to the store or email them to Kim@home2homeconsignments.com. All pick ups are just $65!!! You will not pay out of pocket. We will simply deduct the fee from your proceeds. We schedule pick-ups within 30 miles of the store.   

Chic2Chic Consignments

Please bring your items to the Chic2Chic department at the front of the store. We consign Misses clothing in sizes up to 18 and 1X, jewelry, purses and shoes. Clothing must be in season, clean, pressed and on individual hangers(you will get your hangers back). All items must be less than 3 years old and in brand new condition. We accept accessories too (belts, scarves, etc.).

Chic2Chic Consignment Hours: Tue, Wed, Thur, and Sat 10-4.

Last day for summer consignments is June 30th.

Accepting Fall Consignments beginning July 20th.

Home2Home and Chic2Chic Consignment Terms

   We split the selling price with you 50%-50%. We pay 2 days after each item sells. Just come to our sales counter and collect your money! We offer Accounts On Line as a way for you to keep current on your balance. You can check your account anytime, day or night, by logging in from our consignor's page on this website!

We have a 1 time registration fee of $15. This is simply deducted from your proceeds. One fee covers consignments for Home2Home and Chic2Chic! 
 
We've changed our contract! We've added more time and an additional markdown to ensure that even more of YOUR consignment sells! Since opening in 2004, we've learned that the vast majority of consignors do not want their unsold items back. After all, if they wanted them, they would not have consigned them to begin with!   
We will display your consignments until they sell OR we deem them unsellable. They will spend a minimum of 100 days on our showroom floor. Over 96% of our items sell! We will donate any unsold items to charity. Unsold items with a starting price lower than $40 may not be reclaimed by the consignor. Unsold items priced over $40 may be reclaimed after 80 days on the floor.
If you would like a tax deduction for donating to a charity, why not open your account in your favorite charity’s name?! You can take the deduction and we will send your proceeds to the charity! Tax deductions may not be taken for items that have been consigned.
